Casual Leisure Assistant - Currently Closed
The first step on the ladder! Anyone can apply.
These people form the core of some of our most popular activities such as boat hire at Dinton and the paddling pool at California. For a large number of our customers the leisure assistant is the first person on staff they meet and first impressions count. We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals with good people skills, while some knowledge of paddlesports is very beneficial to the role.
Min age: 16
Qualifications required: none
DBS: required
Contract: 0 hours casual

Casual Instructor - Currently Closed
The starting point for many of our team in the industry.
We deliver thousands of hours of tuition throughout the year and provide many with their first experience of outdoor adventure activities. We want to pass on our passion and this only happens when the Instructor is passionate too. If you are psyched about sailing or potty about paddling this is the role for you.
Min age: 16
Qualifications required: National governing body instructing qualification in one of the following - paddlesports, sailing, climbing, archery or fencing

Dinton Explorers is looking for enthusiastic Activity Instructors to deliver unforgettable children’s day camps at Loddon Leisure Centre, right in the heart of Loddon Valley.
Dinton Explorers is a busy, vibrant day camp, running alongside the wider leisure operation and making full use of the centre’s fantastic facilities including soft play, swimming pools, basketball courts, dance studios, and tennis courts. No two days are ever the same.

Dinton Explorers - Centre Manager
Dinton Explorers is hiring a Centre Manager to lead our children’s day activity camps, running alongside the wider leisure operation at Loddon Leisure Centre.
Dinton Explorers is a busy, energetic day camp that makes full use of the centre’s fantastic facilities — from soft play and swimming pools to basketball courts, dance studios, and tennis courts. This role sits right at the heart of the action.
Pay: £18.84 per hour
Hours: Up to 9.5 hours per day (during the school holidays)
Location: Loddon Leisure Centre – Loddon Valley
Contract: Casual / Seasonal
