The summer really isn't complete at Barnes Fitness without our infamous 5km & 10km Summer Series and we are SO excited to bring it back for the 13th year.

Enjoy a night of laughs with us at the Coffee Deck, Dinton Activity Centre.

Food and drink available on the evening from 6.00pm onwards. Comedy starts at 7.30pm.

The Bug Club and the BENHS will hold a joint event on Saturday 28th June, during Insect Week, at the Dinton Pastures Country Park.

Our Forest Bathing sessions at California Country Park consist of a 2.5hour gentle walk under the canopy of trees, amongst beautiful woodland.
