The summer really isn't complete at Barnes Fitness without our infamous 5km & 10km Summer Series and we are SO excited to bring it back for the 15th year.

A 1km SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) followed by a 5km run

Our Forest Bathing sessions at California Country Park consist of a 2.5hour gentle walk under the canopy of trees, amongst beautiful woodland.
