The country park is on the Courtney Bus routes 127, 128, 129 and the nearest stop is opposite the main entrance. The current bus timetables are available from Courtney Buses.

Parking

Car parking charges apply from 6am-10pm daily. Pay and display tickets are available from the car park ticket machines. We have six car parks spread out around the multiple entrances to the park. We charge a car parking fee which helps to contribute to the maintenance of the country park and other nature reserves around Wokingham borough. Payment is by cash, credit or debit card.

The yellow main entrance gates at Dinton and California Country Parks automatically open at 6:45am and closes at 9pm. The Activity Centre yellow entrance gate is also automatically operated but opening and closing times vary. Please note that our smaller car parks and overflow areas have different opening and closing times. Please take note of the signage as you enter the car parking areas.

Car parks are open only from and to the advertised time on site. If the gates are open after these times, don't assume they will stay open. Your car could get locked in. If you are locked in it costs £115 to unlock the gates.

You can also use our phone and online payment service to pay car parking charges using your debit or credit card. Call 020 304 60060 from your UK mobile and follow the verbal instructions. You'll need our location code (23817), your payment card details and your car registration. We recommend registering first on the RingGo website. Smartphone users may also download the app from the RingGo website.

Mini Buses

Mini buses with 10 seats or more count as a coach and should therefore pay the coach parking fee unless they are displaying a Blue Badge. Due to the size of our parking bays please contact us ahead of your visit to arrange entrance to our overflow car park which has more space to accommodate mini buses. Please contact us on telephone number 0118 9342016 (option 2) or our Duty Ranger mobile number 07468 855199 to arrange access.
